A Great Reunion!

The last of Company left early this morning. What a wonderful 4-day weekend it has been! It was Ely's (UP Class '52) HS Reunion. It was a pleasure hosting it, and I hope we can all do it again in the year 2005! Everyone had wonderful reminiscenses, I am glad to have had a glimpse of my husband's early life (mostly shenanigans and escapades, I gathered) through the eyes of his good friends and classmates. It has been a real treat getting to know everyone--a rare breed of gracious and professional ladies and gentlemen from the 'old' school. Thanks for coming! I shall miss the camaraderie!

Many Thanks

Let me just express my pride and gratitude TO ALL who made Memorial Day/Oyzon-Korniczky Wedding Weekend a memorable one, indeed! My husband and Beau's siblings will undoubtedly have beautiful anecdotes to share so I shall leave it up to them to share them. Sunday: I was a proud mother of the groom! And I have a lovely daughter-in-law! The Wedding in the Secret Garden area of the Conservatory Gardens in Central Park was fantastic. We had beautiful weather, a beautiful ceremony. It was great bonding with Coco's family--we all love them! The reception at Prana Mandir was equally fantastic. Meeting all of Beau and Coco's wonderful caring friends warmed my heart. Everyone enjoyed the mingling, the dancing, the toasts, and the bountiful hors de oeuvres all the way to the end that the party ended almost past midnight! Monday: Thanks to my sister Vicki and her husband, Richard for hosting the Brunch in their home grounds, and to my sister Sonia, who put together a sumptuous feast, her hubby, Ariel who was her partner in the preparation. Thanks to my sister Vir (albeit 'quarantined' in your car, suffering from bronchitis), your presence was precious. Thanks to my brother-in-law, Galen; sister Bambi and hubby, Romy; sister Tessie and hubby Bobby (our Omelet Chef), Talits, nephews Dominic, Ryan and Dino for helping move things around. Thank you, Jim Gusmano for your great music selections. To those who helped and/or by simply being there to share the celebration, thanks so much!
